Our friend and local nutrition coach, Haley Glusenkamp recently shared the recipe for electrolyte recovery that she uses after her heated yoga practices. The best part? It uses easy to find and inexpensive ingredients you may already have on hand.
1 liter of water
1/4 tsp sea salt (contains natural minerals)
1/2 a lemon
1-2 tsp of honey to taste (honey amplifies the effects)
