| MOON MILK
Building a sense of peace in life begins with adding simple, nourishing rituals into your daily routine. We invite you to join Goods for Cooks and Edible Indy for this class intended to teach you recipes and techniques for a more peaceful sleep. Mindfulness and breath practices will be taught by Samantha Eibling, e-RYT 500 and co-owner of Goods.

The Details:
This 60-minute online experience takes place on Zoom and includes an experience box curated by Goods for Cooks.
Classes are limited to 15 spots to ensure a more mindful, intimate, and interactive discussion about creating intentional rituals for yourself in 2021.
Classes are appropriate for a wide variety of ages and experience levels.
Class begins at 5 pm via a Zoom link which will be emailed to purchaser along with an optional ingredient shopping list if appropriate.
This class begins at $75 including a curated experience box* which will begin with a copy of Moon Milk, frothing wand, nut milk bag, and special ingredient chosen by Goods for Cooks
Your MOON MILK experience box can be picked up at Goods for Cooks beginning Monday, April 5th through Saturday, April 10th, 10 am – 6 pm or Sunday the 11th, 11 am – 4 pm. Please show receipt upon arrival.
